Gutter Bars Merge NFTs & Hemp With New Line Of Delta-8 Disposables

The world is turning digital. The rise of cryptocurrency in 2021 caught the world’s attention, but then, the emergence of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) shifted the way we, as a society, view art.

Rappers, musicians, photographers, and visual artists have found a new sense of ownership in distributing their art. However, how will the NFT world influence the cannabis industry?

Gutter Bars are taking the original concept of rare collectibles and merging it with NFT’s influence with their new product drop. Per High Times, the company is dropping a limited line of delta-8 disposable vapes that come with designs from the Gutter Cat Gang NFTs.

Gutter Bars are bringing A-grade hemp-derived Delta-8 THC made in the U.S. in four different flavors – Gutter Melon, Gutter Berry, Gutter Peach, and Gutter Grape.

These disposable vape pens will be available as a scarce collection. Only 10,000 units will be available on the initial run. The product’s launch serves as an incentive for those who’ve already collected Gutter Cat Gang NFTs. Each of the 10,000 Gutter Bars will feature one of the sixteen faces from the NFT collection.

Some are rarer to find than others, making these collectibles even more sought after in the NFT-cannabis community. Even more, there are more incentives, depending on the character on the package.

Each design could be a “common, rare, ultra-rare, or legendary character” from the collection. Exclusive prizes are on the line for certain collectors, including incredibly rare NFTs.

Gutter Cat #88, roughly valued at $27.5K, Gutter Rat #1203, approximately $6K in value, Gutter Dog #1802, $7.5K in value, and Gutter Pigeon #1801, 4$K in value, are among the exclusive wins that collectors can scoop up.

Gutter Cat Gang also has Gutter Bars merch and other incentives available for winners.

Gutter Bars founder and Streamline Group’s marketing director, Aaron Cadena, explained how his passion for NFTs fueled the launch of the limited edition disposables.

Cadena said that he became a part of the Gutter Cat Gang NFT community for a while and described himself as a “crypto native.” Bringing NFTs and hemp products together offers collectors an “exciting” experience.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be announcing the launch of Gutter Bars,” he said in a statement. “We’ve invested a ton of time and resources into developing not only an industry-leading, first-of-its-kind product, but an exciting, gamified shopping experience that gives our customers the opportunity to win awesome prizes as well. Stay tuned for future updates–we’ve got big things coming.”

Each product contains two grams of delta-8 THC, made from the highest quality hemp and tested by a third party.

Each unit pairs with a unique serial number. The associated number will be randomly selected once checking out the purchase.

It looks like the launch of the Gutter Bars will be the first NFT launch, with others planned for later in the year.

Gutter Bars indicated that 3,269 winners would receive a streamlined mint pass that will give them exclusive access to upcoming NFT drops planned for the second quarter of 2022.

According to Cyber News, Gutter Cat Gang NFTs serve as memberships to an exclusive web social club based on a futuristic society that is “at the intersection of art, tech, media, music, sports, streetwear, and culture.”

Per the website, the Gutter Cat Gang collection is based on an imaginary dystopic society in the year 2050 when humans are “interplanetary species” that have practically left Earth and cats have taken over. Gutter Cat Gang is a group of cats inhabited in a “crime-ridden, non-descript inner-city.”

Users can purchase Gutter Cat Gang memberships through the Ethereum blockchain with access to a Discord chat. Memberships offer access to exclusive events in real life, and the metaverse, dubbed Gutter City, is currently in development on Sandbox.
