BOYNE CAPITAL PARTNERS and A&A GLOBAL IMPORTS have acquired APHECAL ENTERPRISES, INC.

One of the largest suppliers of packaging materials in the cannabis industry, A&A Global Imports has acquired another leading cannabis packaging company, 420packaging.com. 

A&A Global Imports does business as marijuanapackaging.com and acquired the marijuana packaging brand through its Florida-based private equity firm, Boyne Capital Partners. Aphecal Enterprises, Inc. is the company that does business as 420packaging.com.

“We’re very excited to have closed on this acquisition. Aphecal will broaden our reach while allowing us to enhance the product portfolio on Aphecal’s already impressive e-commerce platform. At the same time, the IP [address] we’ve gained will fit perfectly within our portfolio of exclusive products,” David Aryan, A&A founder, and Chief Executive Officer said in a press release.   

The acquisition will include all of the intellectual property associated with the manufacture of Squeezetops®, a well-known brand of child-resistant, regulatory compliant containers. 

Since 2011, Marijuanapackaging.com serves as an online one-stop-shop with over 2,500 products. The online wholesale distributor has some of the most sought-after packaging products for emerging and well-established medical and recreational cannabis dispensaries and other companies.

The marijuana packaging supplier offers mylar bags, tubes, pop-top bottles, glass jars, and more. Based in Vernon, CA, Marijuanapackaging.com also provides customization to help different companies market their brands.

A&A Imports doing business as Marijuanapackaging.com, was acquired by Boyne Captial Partners on September 17, 2021.

Aphecal Enterprises though 420packaging.com, has specialized in providing packaging products and other ancillary goods since 2013. The company also operates www.smokecones.com and www.humiditypacks.com, which A&A Global Imports will now acquire.

Boyne Capital Partners focuses on investing in lower middle-market companies. Besides financial resources, the firm provides guidance to help corporate growth.
