first-dispensary-san-diego After a 10-day appeal process as well as thorough background checks have been completed, the first legal marijuana dispensary in San Diego is expected to open on Roll Drive in Otay Mesa. The first pot shop in San Diego will be owned by Dr. David Blair, a business ethics professor from San Diego State University. Blair insists that he wants his dispensary to "play by the rules". The dispensary is to be named A Green Alternative and is currently located at 2335 Roll Drive #4 near Siempre Viva Road. The professor says he will continue teaching, but won't be medicating himself the day before he teaches his classes. For More Information
