We offer samples on most packaging items. Samples are available to order directly from our website on each item’s respective product page using the “Order Sample” button.

If you would like to apply for sales tax exemption for your business, please fill out our tax-exemption form. 

Can I make changes to my order after placing an order? 

Any changes to orders already placed should be requested immediately by contacting customer service. Please have your order number ready. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.

Do you offer price matching services? 

If you discover a competitor’s lower price within 30 calendar days of purchase on any identical product, we will match or beat that. This offer is subject to our Price Match Guarantee Terms. 

Processing and Shipping Times 

How long will it take to get my order? 

Shipment timeframes vary based on the shipping service selected at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing.  

Customized orders will have unique processing times that are dependent on the product.   

Do you offer Same-Day Delivery? 

Marijuana Packaging offers same-day delivery to Los Angeles and Orange counties, Monday through Friday from 1 PM PT to 4 PM PT. 

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 12 PM PT TO QUALIFY. 

Rush Surcharges: $75 for Los Angeles, $100 for The Valley and Orange County. 

Minimum order value of $500 applies. 

What shipping option should I choose? 

Marijuana Packaging offers a variety of shipping options to fit your needs! Standard options through our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) vary depending on your location and the volume of your order. Review all your options closely and select the best fit for your needs. 

Rush Delivery is available for Los Angeles and Orange counties only. 

  • Orders must be placed by 12 PM PT Monday through Friday for same-day processing. 

  • Surcharges: $75 for Los Angeles, $100 for The Valley and Orange County. 

  • Delivery is scheduled Monday through Friday, between 11 AM and 4 PM PST. 

Will Call Orders 

Orders may be placed for pickup at our facility! Once your order is placed and processed, a confirmation email will be sent indicating that your order is ready for pickup. 

  • You have up to 5 business days to pick up your order; same-day pickup is not mandatory. 

  • If you fail to retrieve your order within the 5-day period, you will be notified and the order will be returned to inventory. 

  • Orders placed after 1 PM PT will be processed on the following business day. 

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order. A final confirmation will be sent upon successful pickup. 

Dropship Orders 

Marijuana Packaging is proud to collaborate with our trusted brand partners to ship select items directly to you. These items are processed as Dropship Orders and require an additional 2-3 business days. If you order a Dropship item along with in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship separately.
