What Qualifies?
- Product Spec & Features Match
The items must be identical in model, brand, specifications and functional features (e.g., child‐resistant to child‐resistant container).
- Invoice Date Within 30 Days
Submitted competitor invoices must be dated within the past 30 days. Older invoices may be subject to manual review.
- In‑Stock Availability
The competitor’s online store must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- Case Quantity Alignment
Case counts must match exactly. If they differ, we will calculate the equivalent per‑unit price for your order.
- Location
The competitor must be a physically located seller within the United States

It also excludes shipping, service fees, and promotions involving fere or discounted shipping.

- In the subject line, include "Price Match Request" along with the item number of the product you are trying to order on our website.
In the body of the email, please include your contact information as well as the following:
- URL or screenshot of the competitor's product page for the identical product.
- Your desired quantity.
- Your shipping zip code.
