What are my shipping options?
We work with a wide variety of shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, as well as various freight carriers. Depending on the items in your cart as well as your shipping address, different shipping options will be available. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary and are determined during checkout based on the items in your cart, your shipping address and your selected shipping option. Shipping costs are calculated using live real-time data from each of our shipping partners.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping options on many of our products, however smoke shop items such as glass pipes, carb caps, magnetic grinders, glass cleaners, lighters/torches, and batteries cannot be shipped internationally. This restriction will not affect packaging items such as jars and bags. Please refer to product descriptions on each item and look for an international shipping notice to see which items are available to be shipped internationally.

What is the time cutoff for pick-up orders?
We have Will Call available for free for same-day pickup. The cutoff time for Will Call orders is 3:30 p.m. PST.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
All orders are packaged discreetly and not labeled under "Marijuana Packaging." All packages shipped will be labeled under "A&A Global Imports."
